Jennifer has been the Executive Director of RMH Detroit since 2000. She is not only responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the house, but also works closely with the RMH Board, the national Ronald McDonald House Charities umbrella organization, and with local fundraisers.
Jackie creates an atmosphere at the House that is conducive to the prompt and efficient handling of all guest needs. She oversees the operations of the House, helping to ensure and facilitate the smooth and caring service delivery for all of the guests. She also manages the Resident Manager, Irma Hudson and Weekend Managers.
Irma has been working at the House since 1996, and lives on the premises. Her dedication ensures that the House runs smoothly- making reservations, managing check ins and check outs, organizing volunteer activities, and office administration.
Event Director and Property Management
For over 15 years, Mike volunteered at the House cooking meals before he was appointed Event Director in 2007. He also manages the speaker's bureau, and arranges all third party events.
Linda serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and provides logistic and program support for House programs and operations. She oversees our data systems to assure all information is updated, coded and managed for the donor base. Linda writes our thank you letters and creates monthly reports for our professional accountants.
As marketing director, Chrissy enthusiastically promotes the mission of the House in the community and beyond. Chrissy manages our social media presence and print publications, and is an ambassador to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and other health care facilities, increasing awareness of the House’s facilities and resources.
